Online Check & Credit Card Payments
Auburn Water System now accepts online payments by check and credit card. There is a $3 USD service charge for online check and credit card payments. You can pay your monthly bill safe and secure online. If you have questions, please call us at (850) 682-3413.

Payments made online may take up to 72 hours to post to your account. Reconnections due to non payment need to be paid in person or call the office to make payment.No reconnections will be done until online payment is posted to acct.

Tampering with Auburn Water meters/equipment and/or theft of services may result in meter removal, a $1000.00 fine and legal action.
All bills are due upon receipt. A 10% penalty will be applied after the 15th of each month if not paid. Any account with a past due balance is subject to disconnection without additional notice.
